I build places where people learn from the best.

I am the director of the Friday Club (Klub Pátečníků), founder of its charitable foundation and of the Library of Wisdom, an author, and a builder of AI automation for small businesses. My life's passion is operating social clubs.

About

A bridge between generations.

As a boy I grew up among the elites of my country thanks to my father's Prague Business Club. I sat at the table with remarkable people and absorbed their stories, wisdom and experience. I founded my first project, the Junior Business Club, in 2011, and graduated from NEWTON University with a degree in Global Business and Management.

For more than ten years I have been creating a space where people who feel responsible for the future of their country meet, where friendships form across generations and where real dialogue is born. In the Friday Club I have organised hundreds of lectures, debates, excursions and study trips with leading Czech historians, philosophers, physicians and public figures.

Before the war I lived with my wife Julija in Hola Prystan, across the Dnipro from Kherson in Ukraine. When the Russian threat grew we moved to Prague. Since then our foundation has helped families on the occupied territories, evacuated mothers with children and supplied firewood for the winter to hundreds of households.

Work

What I do.

The Friday Club

A club continuing the tradition of Karel Čapek's circle around president Masaryk. Lectures, academies and journeys with the people who shape our understanding of history and society. I have run it as director since 2014.

The Friday Club Foundation

A charitable foundation I founded to support an educated and free society: humanitarian aid on the occupied territories of Ukraine, the Library of Wisdom, and a free conference on truth in the digital age.

The foundation (in Czech)

The Library of Wisdom

A non-profit project of the foundation that preserves, for today's and future generations, the living thoughts of the significant figures of our time, recorded in our hall on Vladislavova street in Prague.

AI automation for business

Through Topheads in Prague and Primorsa in the United States I design and deploy AI automation that fills calendars, answers enquiries and removes repetitive work for small companies and clinics.

Books

What the Friday Men taught me.

I write books that distil what I have learned in a decade of the Friday Club: essays and guides built on hundreds of hours of lectures by Czech historians, philosophers and physicians, in my own words and structure, with the speakers credited. The series opens with Co mě naučili Pátečníci (What the Friday Men Taught Me) and continues with volumes on Petr Pithart, Petr Čornej, Jaroslav Čechura, Radkin Honzák, Václav Němec and others.

Our national prosperity lies in an educated society, full of creative people determined to defend and develop their freedoms, who at the same time feel responsible for the space in which they live.
